Curriculum

The Department of Theatre Arts offers a diversified undergraduate program in theatre, with concentrations in both performance and production, leading to the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degrees. The academic program is structured with a comprehensive curriculum in theatre studies, supported by an extensive production program that is varied and challenging.

The Department also offers a minor in Theatre. In addition, many Theatre students double-major or minor in other disciplines within the university and the Theatre program is particularly well-suited for this individualized type of study, so there are many options available.

In addition to University and College requirements, theatre arts majors must maintain a 2.5 gradepoint average in theatre courses.
